These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aurixgroupllc.com (the “Site”), operated by Aurix Group LLC (“Aurix Group”, “the firm”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Site.

2. About this website

The Site is an informational corporate presence describing Aurix Group LLC and its consulting services. It does not offer goods for sale, does not process payments, does not provide user accounts, and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship between you and the firm.

3. No professional advice

Content published on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, or regulated financial advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional engaged in respect of your particular circumstances. Aurix Group LLC provides management and business consultancy services only.

Commercial outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the firm’s control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing decisions, capital available, and the client’s own implementation. 5. Consulting services

Where Aurix Group LLC is engaged to provide services, that engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written engagement agreement executed by both parties, which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, confidentiality and other terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails in respect of the services.

The firm is remunerated through consulting fees and, in certain agreements, variable compensation based on agreed results. All such terms are agreed in writing before work commences. No fees are quoted, invoiced or collected through the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, the Aurix Group name and mark, and the arrangement of the foregoing — are owned by Aurix Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sub-licence, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, nor use it to train machine learning models, without our prior written consent. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system or network.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurix Group LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or improper use of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or establishment where required by mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
