Five disciplines. One commercial system.

Each practice area can be engaged on its own. In most mandates they are engaged in sequence, because a weakness in one reliably limits the return available from the others.

01 — Practice area

Where the next unit of growth actually comes from — and what it costs to get it.

Discuss this area

Growth Strategy

Growth decisions are capital allocation decisions. We build the model that makes them explicit: which segments to serve, what to charge, which motions to fund, and what each of them returns. The output is a sequenced growth plan management can defend to a board or a lender.

Typical scope

  • Market definition and segment prioritisation
  • Ideal client profile and buyer mapping
  • Positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Offer architecture and pricing strategy
  • Growth model and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback)
  • Twelve-month commercial roadmap with sequencing

02 — Practice area

Demand created on purpose, measured honestly, and connected to revenue.

Marketing & Demand Generation

Marketing fails commercially when it is disconnected from the sale. We build the narrative, the channel architecture and the measurement discipline that turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline — and make it possible to say, with evidence, what each channel is worth.

Typical scope

  • Commercial narrative and message hierarchy
  • Channel architecture and budget allocation
  • Campaign systems and content operating model
  • Landing page and conversion asset strategy
  • Attribution, tracking and reporting design
  • Marketing and sales alignment (SLA, handover, definitions)

03 — Practice area

Recovering the revenue already inside the business.

Commercial Optimisation

Before acquiring more demand, most companies should convert the demand they have. We diagnose the funnel end to end, quantify where value leaks, and remove the friction between interest and signature — usually the fastest and cheapest return available to a management team.

Typical scope

  • End-to-end funnel diagnostic and leak quantification
  • Conversion rate and win rate improvement
  • Pricing, packaging and discount governance
  • Margin recovery and deal quality analysis
  • Commercial process redesign and documentation
  • Retention, renewal and expansion motions

04 — Practice area

A pipeline that is designed rather than hoped for.

Client Acquisition

Acquisition becomes reliable when it is treated as a system with inputs, conversion rates and a cost per outcome. We design the motions appropriate to the client’s market, install the qualification discipline that protects sales capacity, and hold acquisition cost inside agreed economics.

Typical scope

  • Pipeline design and coverage modelling
  • Outbound motion design and sequencing
  • Partnership, referral and channel programmes
  • Lead qualification frameworks and scoring
  • Acquisition cost control and channel economics
  • Lead routing, follow-up cadence and speed to contact

05 — Practice area

Turning individual talent into institutional method.

Sales Performance

A sales function that depends on two strong individuals is a risk, not an asset. We codify what the best performers do into a process the whole team can execute, then install the forecasting, enablement and management cadence that make results predictable.

Typical scope

  • Sales process design and stage definitions
  • Playbooks, scripts and objection frameworks
  • Forecasting rigour and pipeline hygiene
  • Territory, quota and compensation design
  • Onboarding, enablement and coaching cadence
  • CRM configuration and operating discipline

06 — Engagement formats

Structure and commercial terms agreed in writing before work begins.

How mandates are structured.

01

Commercial audit

A fixed-scope diagnostic of positioning, funnel, pricing, pipeline and sales process, delivered with a quantified findings report and a prioritised action plan.

02

Implementation mandate

A defined build — growth model, acquisition motion, sales system — executed alongside the internal team against an agreed timeline and deliverable set.

03

Advisory retainer

Ongoing access to the firm across a defined scope, with a standing management cadence. Suited to multi-quarter growth agendas.

Aurix Group LLC is remunerated through consulting fees and, in certain agreements, variable compensation linked to agreed commercial outcomes. Fee structure, scope, duration and confidentiality obligations are set out in a written engagement agreement executed before any work commences. No products are sold and no payments are processed through this website.

07 — Scope

Clarity about what falls outside our mandate.

What we do not do.

Being explicit about our limits protects the client’s time and our standards. Aurix Group LLC does not act as a media buying agency, does not resell software or advertising inventory, does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit or regulated financial advice, and does not guarantee specific commercial results. Where a client requires any of these, we say so at the scoping stage.

Next step

Tell us where growth is stalling. We will tell you whether we can help.

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation — no charge, no obligation, and no proposal until the problem is properly understood.
